PROCESSING TIME:
Due to high demand and peak seasonality, MOST products will take anywhere from 1-5 business days to process. Keep in mind that most items on our store are custom made by hand or with high precision machinery with some labour involved.
TRACKING CODES:
You will receive a tracking code sent to the email you provide during checkout as soon as the product is shipped. Products will be shipped from our distribution center in China or from our distribution center in the U.S depending on inventory levels. You will see this from the tracking code you receive by email.
DELIVERY:
Products will arrive in the U.S & Canada approximately 15-35 business days.
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
All of our products come with FREE SHIPPING. Bulk/multiple orders may arrive at separate times and separate packages to your location.
PACKAGING:
To cut down on our packaging usage & waste, we may re-purpose original manufacturer packaging for some of our products, you may see different manufacturer names on packages depending on the product you select. This helps us keep products affordable and minimizes our environmental impact.
CUSTOMS & TAXES:
We do not charge any taxes on our store during checkout. Depending on your location you might be charged some taxes in your local area (it rarely happens) you are responsible for paying these fees in order to clear your items.
COLOUR VARIATIONS:
Depending on the specific device you use, if it’s a smartphone or laptop, some colours may appear slightly different depending on the colour settings of your device, please understand that some colours of the final product may vary in shades. However we rarely hear complaints regarding this.
MEASUREMENTS:
Depending on the item, some products may vary in millimetres/cm in final measurement size. The majority of our products are hand made or made with high precision tools with some labour involved. However we rarely hear complaints from our clients regarding sizes.
WHEN TO ORDER:
If you are ordering lots of products from our store, we highly recommend you to order months ahead of time just to be on the safe side. So that in the unlikely event that some items arrive damaged (rarely happens), we have enough time to make things right before your special day. We recommend ordering at least a few months in advance.
