1. When is the best time to book my wedding flowers, décor, and rentals?
Some couples book a year in advance, while others wait until a few months before. If you're looking for custom florals and décor—especially from a premium vendor—it's best to book us right after securing your venue.
Floral and décor is often the second-largest investment after the venue, and waiting too long can limit your vendor options and drive up costs. You don’t want to overspend on everything else and be left with a reduced budget for the one vendor that will transform your wedding day into a beautiful and memorable celebration.
2. Should I book florals and décor before or after booking the venue?
Always book your venue first. This allows us to understand the layout, ceiling height, lighting, and style of your space so we can make design recommendations that complement the setting and scale of your event.
3. Do you deliver, set up, transfer, and tear down?
Yes, absolutely. We provide full service:

Morning delivery of bridal party flowers to your home or hotel

Ceremony and reception floral + décor setup

Transfer of ceremony items to the reception if needed

Return for late-night teardown, typically around 1 a.m.
The fee depends on the logistics, locations, and timeline involved in your event.
4. Do you service weddings outside of the GTA?
Yes, we do accept select weddings outside of the GTA for floral and décor projects over $10,000. Let us know your location and we’ll confirm availability.
5. Do I need a wedding planner to help with florals and décor?
Not necessarily. If you're hands-on and know what you like, you don’t need a planner just for florals and décor. You can prepare a vision board and request a quote directly from us—often saving time and money.
However, if you're a very busy person or overwhelmed by planning, a full-service wedding planner may help coordinate all your vendors and bring everything together seamlessly.
6. What happens during our consultation?

If we're available, I (Naira) will contact you to schedule a virtual consultation. We’ll go over your vision, quantities, and design needs. You'll then receive a detailed, itemized quote.
If you wish to move forward, we can book another meeting to review all the details and allow you to secure your date with confidence. After booking, we offer a mock table presentation (in-person or virtual) to review selections and make any changes.
Two weeks before the wedding, we’ll finalize your contract and guest/table numbers. Your balance is due once the final plan is confirmed.
On the wedding day, we arrive with everything you've ordered—disigned, styled, and ready to be properly displaed.
7. What information do you need for an initial quote?

8. Can you recommend other wedding vendors?
Yes! Based on your wedding style and needs, we’re happy to recommend trusted vendors—planners, photographers, cake artists, etc.—who align with your vision and standards.
9. Do you handle late-night teardown after the wedding?
Yes, we provide full-service setup, transfer, and teardown, including morning deliveries to the bride and groom’s locations.

10. What are your booking requirements and payment methods?
To secure your wedding date with us, we require a 30% deposit via e-TRANSFER at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your date and begins the planning process.
Our payment schedule is as follows:

40% Payment due 4 months before the delivery date

Final Balance due 2 weeks before the delivery date, after finalizing your contract and guest/table counts

A 3% bank processing fee applies to all credit card payments

11. What is your refund policy?
At Weddings By Ardenian, we do not offer refunds after one month of booking your event date.
When you reserve your date with us, we fully commit to your wedding and often turn down other clients—including those with significantly higher budgets—to honor that commitment. We value loyalty and reliability above profits, and we hope our clients feel the same.
In the rare event that something unforeseen occurs and you need to cancel your booking, we are happy to offer you a store credit with no expiration date. Your credit can be used by you—or transferred to a family member or friend—for any of the following services:

Photobooth services
With over 25 years of experience and nearly 2,000 weddings and events, we’ve had only 3 cancellations. Statistically speaking, you’re unlikely to want to cancel such a meaningful celebration—or the top-tier vendors you’ve thoughtfully chosen and entrusted.
12. Do you offer both fresh and rental florals for weddings and events?
Yes! With over 25 years of uninterrupted experience in the weddings and events industry, we offer both fresh and high-quality rental floral arrangements—customized to your vision and preferred colour palette.
Fresh flowers are undeniably beautiful, but they may not always align with every couple’s budget.
That’s why we also offer premium permanent botanical rentals, which are incredibly realistic and beautifully arranged by our seasoned floral designers.
Many of our clients are pleasantly surprised by how stunning rental florals can look—and even more thrilled by the significant savings without compromising the overall aesthetic of their wedding or event.
13. Do you offer floral and décor props for corporate events or film/TV productions?
Yes, absolutely. We provide custom floral and décor props for corporate events, commercials, film sets, and TV series productions.
Share your inspiration photos and budget, and we’ll create mock arrangements to ensure you're fully satisfied with the look and feel before moving forward. Our team is experienced in creating impactful, camera-ready designs that align with production timelines and creative direction.
