1. When is the best time to book wedding flowers and décor?

Most couples book their wedding flowers and décor 8–12 months in advance. If you are looking for custom florals and premium décor, it is best to secure your date shortly after booking your venue.

Floral design is often the second-largest investment after the venue and plays a major role in transforming your wedding space.

2. Should I book florals before or after booking my venue?

Always book your venue first. The venue layout, ceiling height, lighting, and overall style help us design florals and décor that complement the space and enhance the atmosphere of your wedding.

3. Do you provide delivery, setup, and teardown?

Yes. We provide full-service floral and décor delivery and installation, including:

• Morning delivery of bridal party flowers
• Ceremony and reception floral and decor delivery and set up
• Transfer of ceremony florals and rentals to the reception 
• Late-night teardown (typically around 1 AM)

Delivery, set up, transfer and tear down service fees depend on locations, timing, and scope of work.

4. Do you service weddings outside the Greater Toronto Area?

Yes. We accept select weddings outside the GTA during high seasons for floral and décor projects over $10,000. Please share your vision, location/s, and budget and we will confirm availability.

 

5. What happens during the wedding floral consultation?

After submitting our contact form on our website, we review your details and schedule a virtual consultation if your date is available.

During the meeting we discuss your vision and prepare a list of every request with quantities. You will then receive a detailed, itemized quote to review.

Once booked, we offer a mock table presentation meeting (virtual or in person) for you to see a preview of your special day's transformation. 

6. What information do you need for a wedding floral quote? 

To receive an accurate quote, please share: weddingsbyardenian@gmail.com 

• Wedding date
• Ceremony and reception locations
• Bridal party size
• Guest count
• Inspiration photos
• Maximum floral and décor budget

7. What are your booking requirements and payment terms?

To secure your wedding date we require a 30% deposit via wire or e-transfer.

Payment schedule:

• 30% deposit to reserve your date
• 40% payment due 4 months before the wedding
• Final balance due 2 weeks before the event after finalizing your numbers 

We accept e-transfer, cheque, and major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). For credit card payments 3% bank transaction fee will apply.

8. What is your refund policy?

Once your event date has been secured and planning has begun, payments are non-refundable.

After you book we reserve inventory and decline other bookings for the same date to remain committed to you. 

In rare cases of cancellation we do offer store credit for similar future services that can be transferred to a family member or friend.

9. Do you offer both fresh flowers and rental florals?

Yes. We offer both fresh flowers and premium permanent botanical rentals.

Many couples choose a combination of fresh florals and high-quality rentals to achieve a beautiful design for their wedding day while staying closer to their budget.

10. How much do wedding flowers typically cost?

Wedding floral budgets vary depending on venue size, guest count, and your design vision.

Most couples investing in custom florals and décor spend between $5,000 to 15,000 and $20,000 to $35,000 for a Pinterest level full wedding transformation.

11. What wedding flowers are popular for luxury weddings?

Some of the most requested luxury wedding flowers include:

12. Can you match my wedding colour palette?

Yes. All your wedding florals will be designed similar to the confirmed and quoted inspiration photos and detailed contract instructions.  

13. Do you design ceremony arches and floral installations?

Yes. We specialize in ceremony arches, chuppahs, floral towers, aisle arrangements, and large floral installations designed in your theme colours and preferred flowers.

 

14. Do you provide centrepieces and table décor?

Yes. We design a wide range of guest table arrangements, fresh and rental.

If you order it we will design it!

15. Can wedding flowers be customized to fit my budget?

Absolutely. We typically provide two quote options. One quote based on your full vision and requested quantities, and second option adjusted to fit your target budget provided your budget is compatible with GTA pricing. 

16. Do you offer floral mockups before the wedding?

Yes. After you become our client, we will offer a complimentary mock table presentation meeting (virtual or in person) so you can preview how your chosen florals, candles, and décor will look together before the wedding day.

If necessary, you are welcome to request adjustments during the meeting. A revised mock centrepiece can then be prepared, and updated photos or videos will be shared with you shortly afterward for approval. 

17. How far in advance are wedding flowers and rentals finalized?

We finalize guest counts and floral/rental quantities two weeks before the wedding, once seating plans and table numbers are confirmed and before you make your balance payment.

Yes. Weddings by Ardenian also provides custom floral and décor props for film, television, commercials, and production sets across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Our team designs camera-ready floral installations, decorative trees, arches, and specialty décor pieces that align with the creative direction and production timeline.

20. Can you design floral installations for film sets and commercials in Toronto?

Yes. We work with production designers, art directors, and creative teams to design botanical installations and floral props for film sets, television productions, commercials, and special events.

Our studio maintains an extensive inventory of decorative trees, floral structures, and custom installations that can be adapted quickly to meet production timelines and visual requirements.
